Loire Valley Vineyard Trip
The breath-taking landscape of the Loire Valley is home to many artisanal producers, including up-and-coming houses and generational winemakers, each of whom merit a visit. Here you will uncover a reverent respect for vines and an intimate knowledge of terroirs, where limestone, flint, shale, and granite foster the production of charismatic wines. The soils here lead to dry red and white wine, as well as sweet wines, thus creating a broad variety of blends and covetable bottles. Your visit will assess many grape varieties, including Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Melon de Bourgogne and Cabernet Franc, leading to valuable insights into the minerality of the region.
